Who
are we? We are volunteers, doctors, artists, accountants,
dentists, bankers, journalists, homemakers, teachers, stockbrokers,
sales executives, psychologists, recruiters, consultants, interior
designers, software engineers, nurses; young, not so young, married,
widows, single, moms, married without kids. We live in Oakland,
Berkeley, Alameda, Piedmont, Orinda, Moraga, Lafayette, Walnut
Creek, Alamo, Danville, San Ramon, Plesanton, Livermore, Martinez,
Benicia, Vallejo, Concord, Pleasant Hill, Antioch.
While we
come from many different walks of life and live throughout Oakland
and the East Bay, we share a common commitment: to improve the
quality of life for our community.
