Second
Annual Artful Living Home Tour Benefiting Children at Risk
Event Features a Holiday Tour of Six
Distinctive Homes in Alamo, Diablo and Danville and Provides Inspiration for
Artful Decorating
WHAT: The Junior League of Oakland-East Bay, Inc. (JLOEB) is proud to
announce its Second Annual Artful Living Home Tour. In partnership with Diablo Magazine,
the JLOEB will offer a special tour of six beautiful residences built or
remodeled by leading Bay Area architects, contractors, and designers in Alamo, Diablo
and Danville. Several homes are the
private signature residences of the designers and builders themselves. The tour represents an
eclectic selection of homes in a variety of architectural styles ranging from
Arts & Crafts to Mediterranean to New England.
KICK-OFF Opens on Thursday, Dec. 1st from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Temple Isaiah, 3800 Mt. Diablo Blvd., Lafayette,
California. Proceeds from the Kick-off
PARTY: event benefit the JLOEB’s community programs,
focusing on Children at Risk. Complimentary
wine, hors d’ouevres, and dessert. Tickets for this
pre-tour event are $45 in advance or $50 at the door.
HOME Begins Friday,
Dec. 2, and continues through Saturday, Dec. 3, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily. Tickets are $35 in advance and $40 on
the days
TOUR: of the tour. Proceeds benefit the JLOEB’s community
projects, focusing on Children at Risk.

the JLOEB website. Package price for
the Kick-off party and Artful Living Home
Tour are $75 per person (an $80 value).
Groups may also purchase a package of 10 tickets in advance for $300 (a
$350 value). Packages will not be available after Oct. 31.
WHY: The Artful Living Home Tour gives everyone from design enthusiasts to thepublic a peek into the world of architecturally distinctive residences in Alamo, Diablo and Danville. The ticket purchase opens the door to the fun of exploring some of the most interesting homes in the East Bay, while supporting the League’s valuable programs on behalf of children.
