Find A Truck Event
JUNIOR LEAGUE OF OAKLAND EAST BAY PRESENTS
FIND A TRUCK
APRIL 17, 2021
9:30 AM TO 2:00 PM
For the safety of our attendees and the community, the league is taking all reasonable precautions to keep the communities safe and informed. Safety is our number one priority for this event, so this year our Find A Truck event is going socially distant with a scavenger hunt to find cool and unique trucks around the area.
TICKET SALES INFORMATION
Tickets will cost $20 per vehicle.
WHAT IS FIND A TRUCK?
Find a Truck is a socially-distant scavenger hunt event for families and people of all ages. It is a unique event that allows children to still see, explore, and learn about their favorite big trucks and heavy machinery, but now from the safety of their own vehicle!
The scavenger hunt will include a map with a variety of participating vehicles that could include big rigs, emergency responders, utility trucks, and more. There is fun for children and adults alike. The whole family will enjoy this event! There is even some friendly competition complete with prizes.

JUNIOR LEAGUE OF OAKLAND EAST BAY’S FUNDRAISING
The Junior League of Oakland-East Bay organizes these types of fundraisers to support the League’s efforts to improve the lives of children and families in the community. Last year we were able to donate $7,000 to ‘18 Reasons,’ a nonprofit cooking school on a mission to empower our community and ‘Love Never Fails,’ an organization created to stop human trafficking. Other programs our fundraising helps to support are Fred Finch Youth & Family Services, Bay Area Crisis Nursery, Food Bank, & Wardrobe for Opportunity, in addition to training and development opportunities for women leaders in our community.
