Our Community Project

Continuing our emphasis on serving children in need, members recently voted to enter into a community partnership with Loved Twice, a local nonprofit that seeks to clothe newborns in need with recycled baby clothing during their first year of life. Through this partnership, JLOEB will help this organization develop an infrastructure to allow them to double their impact over the next few years.

A Thank You To Neiman Marcus

The Junior League of Oakland-East Bay, Inc. is honored to be one of four East Bay charities to benefit from the Neiman Marcus Grand Opening Gala, along with The Diablo Regional Arts Association, Monument Crisis Center and The Taylor Family Foundation. We hope you'll join us for this spectacular evening. 100% of event proceeds will go towards the four charitable beneficiaries.

Neiman Marcus has a proud tradition of giving back to the communities in which they do business, and the East Bay will be no different. The Walnut Creek location will be the company's 7th store in California offering everything from contemporary and modern designers to a jaw-dropping shoe and handbag department, from swanky belts and accessories to adorable kid's clothes.  It will definitely cover all your shopping needs.
