Since 1935, JLOEB has distributed over $3 million in grants and provided over 7 million volunteer hours in the Oakland-East Bay community. Our work together has touched the lives of countless individuals and empowered positive change and growth for over 80 years.

Our #GivingTuesday fundraising campaign starts on Tuesday, November 28 and runs until Tuesday, December 5. During this time period JLOEB members will rally together, leverage our collective networks, and raise funds to make a greater impact in Alameda and Contra Costa counties.

Here’s how you can participate: 

1. Make a donation: Donate directly to our Giving Tuesday campaign. Regardless of size, every donation contributes to our collective impact in the East Bay. When we come together, our combined efforts create ripples of change that extend far beyond what we can achieve alone. You can donate to JLOEB here.

2. Spread the word: Tell people about the Junior League’s work, why you became a member, why you have stayed a member, and what giving through JLOEB can mean for the East Bay. Share our #GivingTuesday posts and stories with your Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram networks. Starting November 28, there will be #GivingTuesday posts pinned on all of our platforms. 

3. Fundraise: Join our JLOEB Team Fundraising Campaign and rally your friends and family to donate to JLOEB through your committee fundraising page.
